Today is the last day of the bulk. I have learned so much going through the last few months and never would have thought I would be where I am right now. Made it to just under 170 which was the goal by the end, so I couldn’t be happier.

Body positivity was one of the hardest things to remind myself during the newest journey because my body is constantly changing. One thing I did realize is I am blessed and grateful for the body I was given to live this life in.

Consistency is always over motivation. The days I was lacking motivation were usually my best workouts because I showed up for myself and put the work in.

Lastly, I am beyond grateful for the support system of people I have met the last few years and have pushed and believed in my even when I didn’t.

So ready to see the package we bring to this next show and see what we have built! Huge thank you to my coach and friend much love to you both!
