Did you know avocados are great way to introduce solid food to your baby when they reach the appropriate time in their development (generally at 6 months old) to transition from liquid to solid food.

If you’re going to feed your baby avocado for the first time, make sure you:

• 1) cut the avocado to the appropriate size for their age to ensure safety (see guide, slide 3). Mashing up the avocado to a soft consistency is a safe option too.

• 2) use a bib you can easily wipe or wash because it’s about to get so messy (see our cute and eco-friendly bibs, slide 4).
