Twas the day before closing, all hands were about
To complete all the orders and ship them all out.

Our customers were calling, they needed more things
Like limit switches, shafts, and even E rings…

The office staff took every order with care
The technicians solved every mystery there

Requisitions were given to the wiring crew
And everyone knew what they needed to do-

The machine shop was running at maximum speed
To make all the items that the lines would need.

The airguns were buzzing, they made a loud noise
You’d think we were working on Santa Claus’s toys!

Each unit was finished, and then it was run
As the production team worked hard to get them all done.

Hardware was flying around to and fro-
As shipping prepared for their products to go.

Each order was processed, each part packed up tight
For the truck or for UPS to take out that night.

The trucklines came in, all the orders were sent
Nobody knew where all that time went

As the shop closed its doors for the end of the season
We knew things were finished for only one reason.

With everyone’s help, and with no one left out
The tasks were completed without any doubt.
