BOTTLE RELEASE: Bourbon & Applejack Barrel-aged Vanilla Caramel Barleywine • 13.16% ABV • Like its namesake, Chromatophore reveals itself in layers. Inspired by the specialized cells that create shifting patterns of color and light, this Bourbon & Applejack barrel-aged Barleywine evolves with every sip. Aroma of rich vanilla, caramel, and bourbon lead the way, opening into a deep, reddish-brown pour. Recirculated over Madagascar vanilla, the beer showcases decadent notes of caramel apple melded with vanilla before transitioning into warming bourbon, oak, and subtle brandy character from the barrels.

The Bourbon and Applejack barrels contributed an abundance of natural caramel complexity, which we chose to amplify with layers of vanilla and caramel, creating a seamless progression of flavors.

• The name on the order must match the physical ID of the person coming in to retrieve the bottles, and unfortunately, cannot be edited or altered. Orders in conflict will be canceled and returned to inventory.
• Make sure you and your proxy are on the same page about same-day retrieval! Orders made on this Toast point-of-sale platform must be retrieved on the day they’re made; abandoned orders are automatically canceled each night at closing.

This Tropical Hazy IPA is an evolution of one of our opening-day offerings, reloaded to meet the current pulse of craft beer with a finishing shot of softly sweet pineapple and vibrant passionfruit. Tropical tones open the palate, but the steady grip of Mosaic, Simcoe, and El Dorado keep this beer firmly planted in the IPA realm.

Just as this beer has evolved with a firm sense of its past, so too has Eve. Our heroine returns to the label in all of her gunslinging glory, renewed with an evolved sense of place and authenticity.

🌸 Cocktail-inspired Malt Beverage • 12.82% ABV • Continuing its preview pour ahead of our next Lightning in a Bottle release, this cocktail-inspired malt beverage was aged in gin barrels and finished with elderflower, lychee, lemon, hibiscus, and natural flavors. Releasing later this month in bottles!
