When you've been struggling with the chronic pain that comes with endometriosis, you become a pro at what to have on hand to get through the next flare. We'd love to know what you're keeping in your endo emergency kit so others can start building their own. From those of us at Borealis LIFE that have struggled with endo ourselves, here are a few of our go to's:

• TENS machine! Such a good one to have on hand when your cramps are on par with birthing an elephant (no big deal 😅).

• Meds for pain/inflammation. That's a personal preference, but for many it's necessary when struggling with chronic pain.

• Hot water bottle or heating pad. Make sure to take breaks so you don't burn yourself!

• A distraction. Also a personal preference, but for me (Ashton - marketing here) having something to do with my hands is a requirement. Turning on the tv/music and knitting was usually my go to.

• Anything to keep you hydrated.

• Snacks. Especially important (like hydration) when you're bleeding.
