We are seeking a Customer Service Representative- Reservation's Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by taking travel reservations and assisting customers checking out their units and checking them in when their vacation is complete.

Responsibilities:
*Handle customer calls, providing excellent customer service
*Provide quotes to customer and book reservations
*Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
*Documents and update customer records based on interactions
*Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Qualifications:
*Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields (this is a plus, but not necessary)
*Ability to build rapport with clients
*Ability to prioritize and multitask
*Positive and professional demeanor
*Basic computer skills
*Written and verbal communication skills

We are looking for a reservation's manager to join our team! The reservation's manager is in charge of all rental operations.

Responsibilities Include:
*Supervising all rental personnel
*Training and scheduling all rental personnel
*Insuring staffing is adequate
*Understanding all policies and procedures
*Maintain and update all rental software and files
*Projects units available for rent and where all rental inventory is located
*And so much more!

We need someone who
*Can communicate effectively both written and verbally
*Has excellent time management skills
*Able to work in a busy environment
*Able to stand for long periods of time
*Dependable

Minimum Qualifications:
*At least 2 years of managerial experience
*A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
*25 years or older
