Spenard ain’t the French Quarter but it IS the place to be on Saturday, June 11th. Dancers, stilt walkers, clowns, jazz musicians, bike riders, the always impressive Spenard Defense Force, the children’s contingent, and many other spontaneous ways to participate will converge to celebrate the final weekend of the Spenard Jazz Festival.
