One month after having my son, I knew I couldn’t go back to “normal.” I loved being an associate chiropractor, but I wanted more time, more presence, more purpose. And the flexibility that comes with creating your own schedule.
Innerbloom Chiropractic was born from that moment. 🌿
I didn’t just want to adjust spines—I wanted to help people truly feel seen, supported, and well, from the inside out.

Great manual therapy technique to help with forearm, elbow, and wrist tension. Can be painful while doing it 😅 but it can really help. Check it out!

Check out the posture changes here- before on the left and after on the right. Her neck is much more aligned with her shoulders. This is after 12 visits of chiro adjustments and soft tissue work, and a patient committed to trying to break bad posture habits in between visits. Yay! 😁
We love seeing results like this. Our heads weigh 10-12lbs like bowling balls. We need that weight to be right over our shoulders, not forward. That way our spine can help support that weight the way it was designed to.

Some great audible adjustments with one of my amazing patients. A joint doesn’t have to make a cracking sound for the adjustment to be effective. The popping sound you hear is air escaping the joint as it gaps, not bones hitting each other. But I love the sound as much as you do 😂
