Last weekend, the Vitae provider team stepped away from our busy schedules and gathered for our annual retreat. We spent time to slow down, reconnect, and intentionally invest in ourselves and one another.

We shared nourishing meals, meaningful conversations, laughter, somatic movement, sound healing, reflection, and time in nature. Most importantly, we created space to deepen relationships, strengthen trust, and reconnect with the purpose behind the work we do every day.

At Vitae, we believe that growth is a conscious choice. Throughout the weekend, we reflected on our Conscious Culture Commitments, discussed our vision for the future, celebrated wins, explored opportunities for growth, and welcomed new team members into our community.

When healthcare teams take time to pause, reflect, and care for themselves, they return better equipped to care for others. We are grateful for the opportunity to learn, grow, and evolve together.
