Since 2020, depressive symptoms and anxiety have DOUBLED among adolescents. Mentors can help teens learn how to manage stress and negative thinking, as well as regulate their emotions. We must not let teens suffer in silence and isolation.

A caring mentor can change the trajectory of a young g person’s life. There are many ways this can happen including being an authentic, positive example!
Observing emotionally mature adults can have a dramatic influence on a child’s life. “More is caught than taught” as they say, meaning actions can be far more profound than words when it comes to modeling behavior worth imitating.
