This transformative retreat truly embodied the essence of rest in every possible way. It was an absolute honor to witness this incredible squad of busy bodies intentionally slow down, embrace stillness, and simply be present. We were deeply nourished with organic, locally sourced food that honored the land and our bodies.
We moved in harmony with the natural rhythm—the push and pull of the tides guiding our flow.
We laughed until tears streamed down our faces, and cried until laughter bubbled up from our hearts.
New lifelong friendships were beautifully forged among the sea and sandy shores, creating bonds as endless as the ocean itself. Dolphins swimming by in flow, rainbows in Savasana & wild horses beach roaming in closing 😭

You know it’s our favorite time, when the amazing Caitlin from The Flow Room, blesses us with her presence! If you have not attended this class, trust me, it is worth it! It is a perfect blend of fundamental strength movement, yoga, flow, and core development! It is great for all levels and Caitlin creates a fun and inviting environment!
