Tuxedo Home Maintenance

A regular customer in the Concord neighborhood of requested drilling of holes for installation of a total of 28 kitchen cabinet handles. Since this is usually done when the cabinets are new, we don't do this often but we have done it a number of times now!

A regular customer in Pendleton is doing a DIY bathroom remodel and contacted Tuxedo Home Maintenance to assist with installing vinyl plank (LVP) flooring over the stained concrete floor, along with assembly and installation of the vanity and base moulding. The new section of the room is going to be a dressing/makeup alcove and as you can see, it will be a very nice space!

A regular customer in required an Arbor to be repaired. Not pictured here, because I neglected to remember to take "After" pictures, we also touch-up painted and then sealed the top of the entire structured to protect from future rot. I like to take pictures of finished jobs but sometimes after I get all the tools cleaned, sorted and loaded..I forget to go back to the cleaned-up job site for the big "After" pictures!

A customer in required a balcony railing to be rebuilt due to weathering. Tuxedo Home Maintenance dismantled the railing and rebuilt it, replacing necessary components and restoring to as-new condition!

A customer in complained of a wobbly railing on her deck stairs. After a quick inspection, it was discovered a portion of her stairs had rotted! Tuxedo Home Maintenance doesn't believe in over-selling a job, so we suggested only replacing the portion that was rotted since the rest of the stairs were extremely sound and didn't require replacement, thus saving the customer a significant amount. The repaired stairs are as-new after only replacing one stringer!

A customer in the Brookstone Meadows community of Anderson had a door that he was thinking of completely replacing. Tuxedo Home Maintenance looked the door over and found it was in very good shape and could be renewed fairly easily to meet the Customer requirements at less than half the cost of a complete replacement. So, we did some shimming to align it properly, installed new seals, did some surface repairs and then gave it a new paint job. The finished product looks like new and with new materials not being what they once were, this renewed old door is a higher quality product than a comparable new one would be at a fraction of the cost!

A customer in Anderson had a walk-shower with damaged and dirty grout in the floor tiles. We came in and removed the old grout and caulk used to repair previous cracking and damaged joints and then installed new grout along with a sealer to avoid future staining, mold and discoloration. The new grout certainly makes the floor look brand new!

A customer in Anderson had unsafe deck stairs and dilapidated balusters leading to their upstairs rear entrance. Tuxedo Home Maintenance was hired to replace the treads balusters, making the doorway safe to use again!

A customer in Anderson recently had some plumbing repairs done to their house that required the old brick sidewalk to be taken apart. They called us to repair the sidewalk to working order: we reassembled the bricks, tuck pointed the joints and now nobody can tell the sidewalk was ever apart!

A customer had a she-shed that they required a facelift for. Tuxedo Home Maintenance cleaned, prepped and repainted the exterior (including the roof) leaving the ramp and stairs for them to paint themselves. It was quite a transformation!
