Uncle Mel’s Spot

Uncle Mel (William Melvin Mattison) is a former Military chef who converted his Army culinary skills into catering for 25 guests or more over 30 years ago. He currently resides in South Carolina and owns a restaurant in Anderson known as Wingin It! Uncle Mel currently plans to build an online following to help distribute his homemade rib rub, chicken seasoning, bbq sauces and the crowd favorite mac n cheese.
