Onward and upward to the next chapter that lies ahead for my fabolous sellers 💕 we traded New England landscape for palm trees and an ocean 🌊

Spent the week in Puerto Rico celebrating Julianna’s birthday and the end of her sophomore year! ☀️🎉

We explored the island’s beautiful west coast, staying in Rincón at Casa La Joya, where our Airbnb host provided an incredible itinerary filled with local shops, restaurants, beaches, and hidden gems. A special thank you to Colin Cooper I Loan Originator as well—he and his wife Tamra own property nearby and shared some of their favorite local spots, which made our trip even more memorable.

Some of our favorite stops included Steps Beach, Domes Beach, Crash Boat Beach, and several others along the coast.

Puerto Rico is such a vibrant island—rich in history, filled with breathtaking scenery, and home to some of the kindest people. Grateful for the memories we made together and already looking forward to our next visit! 🇵🇷❤️

A bittersweet closing in Derry. So many memories, so much love, and many wonderful years spent here. While it’s hard to say goodbye, a new chapter awaits. Congratulations to all involved ❤️🏡
