sometimes when you’ve done all we have done, had all the fun we have had and met all the people we have, there’s just nothing left to write.

this chapter ends June 12, but we have some more space in our book to make some memz between now and then, so who’s with us????

we recognize, appreciate and respect that everyone is at different stages in this Covid journey when it comes to group settings. we know that many of you made the best decision for you and your family by keeping a low profile and riding it out. we hope that over the course of the last (almost) 2 years, you have been able to stay healthy and active and have been continuing to carve out some time for yourself-physical and mental health rely on it!

if you have been toying with the idea of returning to group fitness, or feel now is the right time for you, reach out to us! we have options to help you get your feet wet without having to dive in head first.

if it is still not right for you-that’s ok!! it doesn’t mean we don’t think about you often! we’d love to know how you’ve been and what you’ve been up to! you are all a part of us, our journey and our family. so, if we won’t see you soon, at least update us on what is going on in your world!
