I just wrapped up our first quarter review of commercial real estate activity across Rockingham, Essex, and Middlesex counties—and there are some encouraging signs:
- Sales volume is up 12% year-over-year, with Q1 2025 outpacing Q1 2024 by three additional building sales.
- Transaction velocity is on trend, suggesting stabilization and renewed market confidence.
