The final weeks of the school year move quickly at Proctor – awards assemblies, Senior Recognition Night, and Commencement arrive almost on top of one another. It is in that stretch that the year comes into focus, and that we pause to recognize the seniors and educators who guided them. Read more about end of year awards and recognitions on The Buzz below.

The physical campus changes with each decade. What proves far more durable is the culture. Culture runs underneath a community, like an operating system, mostly out of sight, until moments of challenge and celebration bring it into view – it is present in difficult conversations with a student in the middle of February, during the celebrations of Commencement Weekend, and as alumni return to campus for Reunion. Read reflections on Reunion Weekend on The Buzz below.

Alumni Reunion 2026: The Continuity of Culture A deep belief in students, carried by the adults who teach, coach, and live alongside them, was the common theme of the weekend, connecting alumni from five years out to fifty-five.
Reflecting back on an amazing Alumni Reunion weekend and all the people who make Proctor the special place it is today.
