Looking for Local Google Ads Help (Part-Time / Side Work)

I own a local demolition company and we’ve been running Google Ads ourselves for a while. They work, but we know they can be better, and we’re looking for some help.

I’m not looking for an agency or long-term contract. I’d prefer someone local who understands Google Ads for local service businesses and can help clean things up, optimize, and improve lead quality.

This would be part-time or side work. I’m reasonable on pay — not looking to spend a fortune, but happy to pay fairly for real help and experience.
