After much prayer, reflection, and consideration, I have made the difficult decision to transition DW Automotive Details out of customer-facing operations.

This was not an easy decision, and it certainly was not one that was made overnight. DW Automotive Details has been far more than just a business to me—it has been a passion, a dream, and a major part of my life. Over the years, I have poured countless hours, energy, dedication, and heart into building this company from the ground up. Every vehicle detailed, every early morning, every late night, and every challenge along the way was met with a genuine commitment to providing the best service possible.

What I will cherish most, however, are the relationships that were built throughout this journey. I have had the privilege of serving so many incredible customers, many of whom became much more than clients. The conversations, the trust you placed in me, the friendships that developed, and the opportunity to be a small part of your lives have meant the world to me. I truly enjoyed every moment spent working with so many amazing people, and those memories will stay with me long after this chapter closes.

I am deeply thankful for every person who trusted us with their vehicle, referred us to friends and family, left a review, shared a kind word, or supported us in any way. Your encouragement helped this business grow and thrive, and I never took that support for granted. Knowing that so many people believed in what I was building has been both humbling and inspiring.

While this transition marks the end of customer-facing operations, it does not diminish the gratitude I feel for everyone who has been part of this journey. Looking back, I am filled with appreciation for the experiences, lessons, and relationships that came from owning and operating DW Automotive Details.

For any customers with active packages, pending services, or questions, I will be reaching out directly to make sure everything is handled as professionally and fairly as possible.
