Given our busy schedules, securing a timely appointment can be like finding a needle in a haystack, so book those appointments proactively. Please note that cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time to avoid charges, because no-shows won't be tolerated. Unpaid appointments will not be rescheduled without prior payment, so pay up or risk looking like a hot mess. Today marks the 1 Year Anniversary of XLNC By Serina! I was so scared! My good friend once told me change is uncomfortable because it is unfamiliar.
