Roasted chickpeas. The air fryer is so easy, I love cooking with my clients! We were busy having fun with the new recipes and this is the only picture we got.

Cook by color. Kale is not meant to be eaten raw. It’s bitter and needs heat to break down the outer cell wall for anyone to absorb the nutrients. Make sure you drain that water after steaming to discard the phytic acid, rinse and now you are ready to add it to a recipe
