I just wanted to say Thank You All for helping in making Gina Renee's Catering a success for these last 15 years.

As of today, I am closing Gina Renee's. I appreciate each of you so much, and I am grateful for your support.

I have loved being in the kitchen for y'all during the years, and I will miss seeing your smiling faces.

Thursday, February 22: Shrimp Padre (a creamy white sauce with Shrimp to be eaten over Rice, it'sa bisque style dish), with Rice and CRAB AUGRATIN.
