Primetime Remodels

We have moved from framing into the technical rough in portion of this basement which includes plumbing, HVAC and then electrical .

We always make sure to schedule the plumbers first so they can place waste and water lines where needed to allow for the most optimal routes. Next comes HVAC to run hot and cold air returns. Wrapping up our roughin portion is the electricians.

We have electricians come in last simply because the wires they run are flexible and can bend around the plumbing pipes and HVAC duct work.

This scheduling creates an efficient workflow where our technicians each have their allotted days and the project can run smoothly without any hiccups!
