At ICT, safety isn’t just a priority, it’s a core value. As we observe World Safety Day, we proudly reaffirm our commitment to creating a safe, healthy, and supportive environment for every employee.

This day is a meaningful reminder of the importance of staying vigilant, following safety protocols, and looking out for one another.

During our annual World Safety Day event, employees enjoyed good food, informational toolbox talks, and fun gifts! A celebration that highlights our shared responsibility to keep ICT employees and customers safe, every day.

🚧Employee Spotlight🚧
Nate joined ICT in March of 2023 as a Laborer. With his incredibly hard work and dedication he has achieved the position of a Driller.
Prior to working for ICT, Nate gained hands-on experience working with gutters, windows, and siding. Although he was not familiar in this industry, this allowed him to easily transition into the Laborer position. His knowledge now encompasses many aspects of the job.
Nate’s advice for anyone new to the industry is, “Ask questions and don’t be afraid to get dirty.” The most challenging part of the job for Nate is trying to maneuver through tough ground.
Nate’s favorite part of the job is working with a crew he enjoys being around. His favorite memory so far is when he was able to get on the drill for the very first time.
In Nate’s free time, he enjoys playing games and hanging out with his friends.
