Our cinnamon and pecan rolls were getting pretty popular in the area!! If you’re missing them where you normally picked them up, we deliver!! Order online or through page, and we will get them to your house, every Wednesday!!

Made fresh, with real ingredients, these rolls are hard to beat!!

I’ve been making these bars my entire life, however we knew them as O’Henry Bars!

We have a cookbook with the recipe and only after moving to Iowa did we learn they were also called Scotcharoos!

But here’s the real shocker, growing up we only made them at Christmas 🎄 I’m not sure it ever occurred to us to make them outside of the Christmas season.

Now we make them year round and practically every week and you can find them in multiple places!

I have an ability to just know when things are done, ready for the oven, need more flour or moisture…I don’t know how I know how to bake, I’m just good at it. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Every once in a while though I leave my brain in bed, forgot the sugar in the chocolate cake, can’t add 2+3 to save my life, or forget to set the timer on the cookies and only realize it when I can smell them being overcooked…🤦🏽‍♀️

However there was time to make new ones and the realization that some people like crunchy cookies! These cookies aren’t burnt, just a tad overbaked, and some people like them like that! So we will bag them up and sell them anyway!

This was a group effort!! Hailey did the cake, such a good honey pot! Ava and Hailey worked on the cake pops together, they are stunning!! And I did the cookies, one of my favorite things to decorate!!
