Our work in Belavista is really taking off! Gito and Luis (Sniper) have been going in Monday, Wednesday, and Friday the last couple of weeks for school with about 60 kids. The goal is for the children to learn Portuguese, using the bible and other Christian resources in the process.
Five of our young men held a worship service this past Sunday. Gito preached the gospel and two adults and several children expressed a desire to receive Christ. Praise the LORD! Pray that the Spirit seals the word in the hearts of each of them and that this is just the beginning of a longterm Kingdom work.
There was a time of belated celebration of Children's Day with the kids with lunch and snacks and gifts for the children, games, etc. Praise God from Whom all blessings flow!
