I'm very much looking forward to participating in the "Technology Meets Creativity: Exploring the Potential of Artificial Intelligence for the Arts" symposium and workshop organized by MIDAS, the Michigan Institute of Data Science.

I will be giving a short lecture in the morning in regarding the methods and concepts I apply in my creative work using AI. Followed by a panel discussion with colleagues from other artistic disciplines who apply AI in their work. Lillian-Yvonne Bertram (Writer), Claire L. Evans (Musician), Charles Garrett (Professor of Music, Musicology, School of Music, Theatre, and Dance), and Tung-Hui Hu (Associate Professor of English Language and Literature, College of Literature, Science, and the Arts). The pane discussion will be moderated by Mark Clague, the Interim Executive Director of the University of Michigan Arts Initiative.

In the afternoon I'll conduct a workshop showcasing some of the methods I use, from StyleGAN, to Pixelprojeciton, the use of LLM's and Diffusion models to the training of 3D datasets.
