It took nearly a year to get this one across the finish line, but as I’m quickly (or slowly) learning, sometimes these commercial real estate deals take way longer than expected. It will be exciting to stay involved in this project to help the new owner improve and stabilize the asset.

Back in July we kicked off a territory project focusing on Industrial & Flex properties in Farmington Hills, the I-96 Corridor & Livingston County. Through the project we have made numerous connections to local business & property owners, while also tracking useful data across the market. From here on out, on a Quarterly basis, we will share key trends and forecasts to add value to our client’s endeavors. Here is Q3 2022!
