To say I had to hold back tears that this didn’t fit my chosen niece that I made it for, is an understatement. Can anyone give me tips on how to upcycle this sweater to fit? I think I went wrong with the paisley is cotton and I had tried using interfacing to give it some more structure, I think that was the wrong choice.

Please advise! I want to make this fit her. She loved it, but it didn’t fit.

This weekend I was on the HUNT for FireGlow by Ruby Star Society. I’ve been wanting this print line for MONTHS when I saw it was being advertised. This print line is MAGIC. Did I break the bank getting it? Possibly. But it’s so popular that they won’t be able to get more until October.

Am I the only one who doesn’t mind seam ripping sometimes?

I have this upcycle sweater idea for a grad gift but I needed to cannabilize a sweater to make the pattern. Instead of cutting, I seam ripped so I had more accurate size.
