Cohort XIV Spotlight: CRWN

Founded by Sarah Nyaanga, CRWN is an app dedicated to connecting people with textured hair to trusted service providers, educational resources, and a supportive community.

Inspired by her own experiences navigating hair care and representation, Sarah is building a platform that centers the needs of people with textured hair while creating a space where both consumers and service providers can feel seen, supported, and empowered. Through community, accessibility, and education, CRWN aims to make hair care more inclusive and confidence-building for everyone it serves.
