Last week, we held our annual Lead Up East conference: an intentional, high-energy day designed to spark meaningful connections, fresh perspectives, and bold thinking. This year, the energy was amplified by the deep history of our venue, Ford Field.
We were joined by three-time National Coach of the Year Tony Bennett, who introduced us to the five pillars his father taught him that helped him grow into the leader he is today.
Afterward, folks headed down to the field to throw some footballs, tour the facilities, and kick field goals.

Chief Growth Officer, Dean Vander Plas, welcomes the crowd and tells a personal story about today's keynote speaker, Tony Bennett!
Dean was recruited for his college basketball career by Tony's dad, whom he refers to as "Coach Bennett". He emphasizes the man that he grew into under Coach Bennett's advisement, and how important his servant leadership was to his career.
