MOVE Wellness will be closed Saturday July 4th and Sunday July 5th. We will be back in the studio Monday July 6th and hope to see you there!

That’s why next weekend, we are honored to bring a true pioneer in mind-body movement to our Ann Arbor studio.
Join us for a full-day workshop with Wendy LeBlanc-Arbuckle, founder of 3CoreConnections and author of Moving Beyond Core.
Wendy’s work beautifully aligns with our own commitment to whole-body health. Rather than viewing the body as something to force into a position, her approach teaches us how to partner with breath, gravity, and the fascial system. It is experiential learning that fundamentally shifts how you teach your clients, and how you feel in your own body.
