☀️It’s official-June 20 is the first day of summer!

☀️Today the sun will be at the highest point in the sky in the Northern Hemisphere (where 90% of the world’s population lives).

☀️Today is a beautiful opportunity to celebrate light, nature, and personal intention.

☀️What will you do with the longest, brightest day today? I’d love to hear!

I heard this recently and tried to find the author but could not unfortunately attribute it to anyone specific.

I am sharing it because I think it is a great reminder for all of us.

Taking care of ourselves requires self discipline and hard work. But the consequences of not taking care of ourselves is also hard. Don’t be fooled that doing nothing is easier than doing something.

It’s always a choice - Which will you choose?

We all wish there was a switch you could flip to go from the depths of despair to pure bliss. Unfortunately, this is not how we are meant to learn, grow and reach our potential. The biggest growth occurs with the most uncomfort and sometimes pain. This is fortunately or unfortunately all part of the journey!

What if you could embrace this knowing that all growth comes from discomfort?

What if your intention was not to be the best you could possibly be, but just to be a little better each day?

🧭 Your path will appear when your soul is ready. Life is about aligning with your unique path and this only comes from trial and error and paying attention to what feels right and what does not. It’s a process of experimentation.
