If you have come to see me in my suites or if you watch my stories you know that I have a strong yoga practice.
Starting at the end of September I am going to start my 200 hour teacher training at Tiny Buddha here in Ann Arbor. 🧘🏻♀️
🙌🏼I am so excited for this new adventure. I have been practicing yoga for the past 6 years. Whenever I am in need of some balance I can always turn to my practice.
