This can prevent the customer portal from loading correctly, even though the system is already restored. To fix this, please clear your browser cache and cookies, then try accessing the portal again. This forces the browser to load fresh files from our server and resolves the issue in most cases. If the issue continues after clearing cache, feel free to share in an email or screenshots and we’ll investigate further.
