HOGAN would like to congratulate EVP Jake Ermer on two recent land closings in Aberdeen, Harford County, MD.

Jake represented the seller of 900 Gilbert Road, Carsons Run LLC, in sale to a builder with approved plans for mid-rise residential development. On Robin Hood Road, he represented multiple investor/owners in the as-is sale of the 92+ acre four-parcel assemblage to investor and developer Walton Maryland, LLC. Keep up the great work, Jake!

HOGAN is pleased to congratulate EVP Jake Ermer on his work representing investor Muirkirk Enterprises 2, LLC in the acquisition of a 5 parcel assemblage in Beltsville, Maryland, comprising just under 12 acres of rare industrial zoned land. This assemblage involved negotiating contract terms with multiple owners and closed at a total value of $5.65 million. Nice work, Jake!
