You’ve probably been told these habits are “healthy”… but they might actually be wrecking your gut:

✨ Chugging water before you eat so you eat less 🙄 → dilutes stomach acid → slows digestion → more bloating.

✨ Swapping real food for smoothies + protein bars → bypasses chewing + overloads your gut with fillers → leaving you gassy and uncomfortable.
