Hello Annapolis & Maryland, Good news about health insurance. 1) If you're self-employed (and file a Schedule C or K-1) you can bail out on your expensive non-group coverage & now buy small group insurance, which is 20% to 30% less expensive. For non-group people, beginning in January, the health insurance companies won't be burdened w/ the entire cost of monster, mega -claims. State of Maryland will pick up some of the cost, allowing health insurance companies to lower rates somewhat. Contact me for more info.
