In case no one has reminded you yet, Tuesday, June 16, is the Primary Runoff Election.
Polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.
I hope you will exercise your right to vote and participate in this important election.
Behind the scenes and on Election Day, many dedicated election officials, poll workers, sheriff’s deputies, and volunteers work hard to ensure a smooth, secure, and successful election process for our community.
Get out and vote, and help support the men and women who make our elections possible.

The special election to be held in Alabama on August 11, 2026 does not affect Calhoun County.
The special election will cover Congressional districts 1, 2, 6 and 7. We are in Congresssional District 3.

Our office will be closed Monday, June 1, 2026.
We will reopen June 2, 2026.
Pollworker classes will be held in the Probate Court on June 10, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. and at 2:00 p.m.
If you attended a class prior to the Primary Election, you do not need to attend for the Runoff Election.
These classes are scheduled to allow Election officials who are working the Runoff Election and did not work in the primary.
