Feeling like we could all use some good news these days, right??

As of today, we are seeing Conventional Loan Rates at 6.25% and FHA Loan Rates are at 6.125%.

It's looking like the Fed Futures market is predicting a 100% chance of at least a 25 basis point (0.25%) rate cut next week, with about a 10% chance of two cuts happening next week. The futures market is predicting the Fed Funds rate will drop by 75 basis points (0.75%) by next January and has a 92% probability of dropping by 150 basis points (1.50%) by December of 2026. Below is the graph of the Fed Future’s market’s current predictions over the next two years.
