This would appear to be a strong selling point, until the home inspector informs you that they can't inspect hardly anything in the attic now. Loose wires, termite damage, water damage, can all be concealed by a quick layering of insulation. This worries me on a flipped home for sale.

One of my biggest peeves as an inspector is listing agents who don't call back, don't respond to emails, or give me the wrong lockbox combo. They should be charged by the minute and those proceeds should go directly to the buyer or inspector. This is our time and my client paid well for it.

I'm usually more impressed when builders install gutters 🧐

Look at all the debris that's collecting up here, .saadati 😑 If I had a nickel for everytime a home had rats in the attic and there was a tree touching it 💵. This tree led to an attic rat infestation that will cost thousands to remedy and make safe.

The builders left it open for you to decide. 🤷‍♂️ would be a smart use of money in Arizona. Stick it on and keep the creepy crawlies out.
