Good morning 🌞

In the midst of all of the craziness going on, I would like to say a prayer for today to unite our country as a whole.

To help unite all of us, I am doing a gratitude post to help lift consciousness levels!

This morning, I am grateful to sip on my green tea while listening to my lovely Horses munch on their morning breakfast, feed my two beautiful dogs, feel the sunshine kiss my skin, and feel alive for everything I get to experience! 🌀

✨Let’s talk about the shift that is currently taking place.
✨There seems to be a huge shift between light and dark.. turning the old page and stepping into the new chapter of your life. Unraveling the trauma that has held you back… you name it!
Why is this happening right now?….. Well the veil is very thin thus it is illuminating the parts that you might not like so much in your life. This could be relating your career, relationships, your home, and even financial status!!
So how does one go about navigating the turbulent waters?!

🦋 work though the trauma
🦋 listen to your gut not what your mind is convinced you of
🦋 get outside
🦋 start practicing gratefulness
🦋 go inward- meditate
