This rat snake was recently taking up residence in a local home until AWC came to the rescue.

Grey squirrels, like this one, are cute and industrious creatures but sometimes like to set up a second home in garages, chimneys, attics, and other storage spaces. Occasionally they just get stuck in places from which they can't get out. Situations like these can result in substantial and dangerous damage while the squirrel chews on wiring, siding, and wood. Apex Wildlife Control is happy to help with your consultation and wildlife removal needs. Feel free to call at 919-622-0086 with any questions you may have.

Spring is here and the animals in your neighborhood enjoy it just as much as you do! Snakes are starting to come out of brumation, or the reptile version of hibernation. The first one I've seen is this little guy, a DeKay's brown snake. DeKay's are a species of snake that are viviparous, meaning that they don't lay eggs, but give birth to live babies.

Apex Wildlife Control knows that whether a snake is a few inches or several feet long, venomous or non-venomous, clients generally don't want them in their living spaces. If you have a snake education or relocation need, please don't hesitate to call.

For those who follow this page, feel free to share your support with others in the Apex/Cary area so that they can be aware of AWC's services!
