Our newest Publix has Grand Opened in Briar Bay, FL. Store #1657 is an elevated 48 prototype store with parking garage and liquor store on the ground floor. The project also included demolition and reconstruction of an adjacent retail building, separation of the Outback Steakhouse, and new parking lot lighting with provisions for the future addition of up to 32 EV charging spots.

Another project designed by Apollo Engineering and the first Publix store to open on a college campus.
