Friday - Finish Strong 💪
I had no idea boxing was as much cardio as it is. Sweat Show 💦 Stay Hydrated, I’ll say as I get older (51 😳) I can tell in my muscles when I’m dehydrated and and leg cramps set in faster. Get your water in and I’m guilty of not being the best at it, I’m trying!!

“Girl, You’re my Hero” - lady at the gym today. She walked up to say that & said “let me film you”.
If you’re afraid of the gym because someone will judge you…. GO! Reality is, they will applaud you. Showing up and putting in some effort means more than anything.
I’m there for me. For my mindset. For my health. But, she MADE my DAY… week and probably month to come randomly say that! Thank you for reminding me to just keep going, keep trying, and keep working. It’s not perfection, but it’s effort.

Starting off Monday morning Strong 🥊
Tip - don’t chat with your trainer and lose track of time and end up in 3 minute wall sits because he lets you just keep going! Jello legs!
