My customer: "You can decorate it however you want."

Me: "Any favorite colors you'd like added to the design?"

MC: "I like black."

And so these petite vining florals came to be. 🖤

Her response when she saw it?
Two words: "It's beautiful 😭😭😭"

Here's what I didn't know ahead of time... My customer had ordered black piping on her wedding cake 14 years ago, but her baker sadly didn't follow through on that request and delivered an all-white cake instead. 😞 So this little birthday cake is (quite unexpectedly) in some ways, fulfilling those wishes from long ago! 🖤🥰

Another first with this order! 🖤

A Dungeons and Dragons split theme, half dragon (complete with spiky tail), half forest woodland tree stump (complete with tiny mushrooms). This was for a couple of D & D enthusiasts who celebrate their birthdays within days of each other, this year turning 30! The design on top represents a 30 sided D & D die. So cool! 🖤

Due to allergies, this cake was made without any corn products and used only natural dye.
