It's Warrior Wednesday!!!
Let's recognize Tim Romine!
Tim shows up every day of the week, even after working hard outside all day everday. He puts in the work outside the gym as well and eats a clean diet, which is also why he has made significant progress and has lost a ton of fat!
Since joining Tim has worked on his gymnastics movements and got his first bar muscle-up in the open last year! He can now do bar muscle-ups regularly in the workouts. Tim can also do toes to bar, rope climbs, and hand stand push-ups in the workouts, which he couldn't do when he started.
Tim has also worked on his strength and keeping his muscle mass up while losing body fat. He has hit some big PRs lately with his weights. He recently clean and je**ed 235lbs, benches 230lbs, back squatted 325lbs, and deadlifted 385lbs! GAINZZZ! 💪
Tim also plans to serve his country and join the military in January of 2023. We couldn't be more proud of the person he is and the effort he puts forth every day in everything he does. We'll always be cheering you on Timmy!

Let's recognize Rafi Gonzalez!
Rafi joined the CFHO fam in Aug 2017 so this month is 5 year anniversary!!
Rafi has worked out before but found a sense of motivation and competition at the 5:30 class, which has become his home away from home. Rafi is such a humble, positive and fun guy to be around. He's always uplifting people and making them laugh.
Rafi's gymnastics skills have improved alot. He can now rep out dubs, hspu and bar MU. His strength has also significantly increased and the majority of his lifts have gone up around 100lbs or more!! 💪
Squat Sn**ch – 12/6/2017 = 80lbs - 5/18/2022 = 170lbs
Power Clean – 4/30/2018 = 155lbs – 10/4/2021 = 235lbs
Deadlift – 11/20/2017 = 305lbs – 2/22/22 = 400lbs Back Squat – 11/22/2017 = 215lbs – 3/14/2022 = 330lbs
Front Squat – 3/12/2018 = 175lbs – 4/11/2022 = 275lbs
