Office nurse
Classroom nurse
One on One with student

Hours vary depending on school site

Credentials needed
Photo Identification
Social Security Card
License
CPR/BLS
Physical (with -in 3 months)
TB (with-in the last 3 months) or
Chest X-ray (within the last 4 yrs)
Shot record or titer for (HEPB, MMR, VARICELLA)
MAB/CPI (managing aggressive behavior)
TDAP immunization or declination
Drug Screen
Livescan
Photo for badge
Each school will require a mask when on campus
