Starting January 1st, 2023, our phone support hours will be changing to 8 AM to 8 PM daily.

We are currently experiencing an outage with our phone systems. Clients will be given a fast busy signal when calling. At this time, our network and internet service are not affected. We are working on resolving the issue as soon as possible.

We are investigating reports of some clients being unable to connect. At this time, not all clients are effected, but all areas seem to be impacted.

Technicians are investigating and hope to have the issue resolved shortly.

We are working to restore connection to all clients effected by our network outage in the Oak Hills and Phelan are this morning. We do not have an ETA, but will continue to working on it until all clients are back up and running.

We recently experienced a brief outage due to equipment lock up. Lasted no more than 5 minutes and is now resolved.
