🚧 HIRING – CONCRETE CREW (APPLETON, WI)

We’re looking to add 1 solid crew member to our Appleton team.

Experience:
• Minimum 2 years concrete experience preferred
• The more experience you bring, the more you earn

What We Do:
• 75% Residential / 25% Commercial
• Driveways, stamped patios, flatwork

What You Need:
• Reliable, honest, high integrity
• Professional on job sites
• No complaining — we work hard and stay positive
• Able to drive a 1-ton dually with dump trailer (CDL not required, but a plus)
• Good attitude & sense of humor (you’ll fit in better 😄)

Schedule:
• Start at 6:30 AM, work until the concrete is done
• Average ~50 hrs/week (60+ available if you want it) Drive-Time paid both ways.
• Flexible when it matters — we all have families and kids come first

Leadership Style:
• I’m on-site working with the crew regularly
• I won’t ask you to do anything I wouldn’t do
• Looking for someone who can take direction AND think for themselves

Pay: 💰 $24 – $45/hr
• If you want $35+/hr, you should be able to:
• Run a job start to finish
• Read the site, stay ahead, and solve problems
• Make my life easier, not harder

Last stamped job of the year. Mostly driveways, couple broomed patios and some commercial work left.

Winter is coming quick! I’ve got a couple available spots in Appleton and Forest county for residential plowing/snow removal and two, maybe 3 spots available for commercial plowing.

We also are looking for inside work with carved concrete accent walls, bars, or fireplace refaces.
Basement or garage floors to be polished, acid stained, epoxy or stamped topping.
